Dogs running off leash can be a problem. Hell- I totally get where this lady is coming from:

Sonya is partially correct- ( For once..) irresponsible dog ownership are the worst ( maybe she’s finally on a decent dose of pain meds.).
However- her moron of an associate is a massive epic fail. What does that picture have to do with pit bulls and BSL?
I guess BSL advocates have a issue identifying what a pit bull is?
Is it because they have fur and teeth? Is that the breed identification of a pit bull?
